Telesales Jobs in Georgia
A Telesales professional, also known as Telemarketer, is a key player in the sales industry who uses the telephone to reach potential or existing customers. Their main task is to promote and sell products or services by delivering well-prepared persuasive pitches to convince customers to make a purchase. They generate and qualify leads, create sales opportunities and close deals over the telephone. They are also responsible for maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, answering inquiries, and addressing any customer concerns or complaints.

Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in sales principles are also crucial. Some companies may require a Telesales Certification or a degree in Marketing or Business. Prior to becoming a Telesales professional, individuals might have roles such as Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, or Call Center Agent. These roles provide the necessary experience and skill set for a successful career in Telesales.
