Call Center Sales Representative (Remote)

Compensation: $17.00 per hour, with an additional pay differential for Spanish bilingual proficiency. Start Date: May 11, 2026 Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) Work Schedule: Fulltime, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week) with an 8hour shift between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. CST, including two paid 15minute breaks and one unpaid 30minute lunch. This role requires daily phonebased work on a fixed schedule with minimal flexibility. Remote Work Requirements: This position is remote and requires a HIPPA compliant work environment with a hardwired Ethernet internet connection (cable or fiber) with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload. WiFi, satellite, cellular, and 5G connections are not supported. Candidates will be asked to complete a brief internet speed test during the interview process. What a Workday Looks Like In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls with patients to support resupply of existing products. Handle high-volume (100+) inbound and outbound calls per day Serve as the primary point of contact for creating and booking patient orders Complete tasks accurately and on time Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues Monitor performance metrics and meet quality and service-level standards Adhere to schedules and departmental procedures while working independently Deliver exceptional customer service while effectively multitasking across multiple accounts Experience High school diploma required 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience Selfmotivated with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly detailoriented with a focus on data-entry accuracy Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment Comfortable working independently Preferred Experience: Associate's degree and/or relevant college coursework Prior call center experience Bilingual proficiency in Spanish We are shaping the future at ResMed, and we recognize the need to build on and broaden our existing skills and continue to attract and retain the world's best talent. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $17/hr.
