In this quota-carrying role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—leading discovery conversations, aligning solutions to business goals, and managing opportunities from outreach to close. You’ll work with organizations ranging from SMBs to mid-market companies, adapting your approach to deliver a strong, solution-focused sales experience.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—driving new revenue across SMB and mid-market accounts
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts (calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events)
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover hiring needs, pain points, and business objectives
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations that connect iHire solutions to measurable outcomes
- Educate prospects on improving hiring performance using iHire’s platform and tools
- Build relationships with business owners, hiring managers, and HR leaders across industries
- Apply a consultative, solution-based sales approach across transactional and more complex sales cycles
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM records
- Partner with Customer Success to support onboarding and long-term client retention
- Stay informed on hiring trends, industry challenges, and competitive solutions
- Represent iHire at virtual and in-person events (typically 1–2 times annually)
What You Bring
- 1–3+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B consultative selling
- Proven success in prospecting, solution selling, and closing new business
- Strong discovery and qualification skills with the ability to tailor messaging across buyer types and company sizes
- Ability to navigate both high-volume SMB sales and more consultative mid-market opportunities
- Confidence in outreach, objection handling, and managing multiple deals simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading demos and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Coachable, curious, and committed to continuous growth
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM systems and modern sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong, PandaDoc)
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows or client meetings

We offer a competitive base salary of $51,000–$56,000, plus bonus and uncapped commission opportunities, with average on-target earnings (OTE) of $82,000 annually, depending on experience and sales team placement. You’ll also enjoy an exceptional benefits package.
