LHH is partnering with one of our valued clients to identify their next Key Account Manager in the Orlando, Florida area. The ideal candidate will manage strategic local and regional accounts, support pricing and proposal development, coordinate cross-functional project activity, and drive strong client relationships while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and strengthen relationships with strategic client accounts
Support detailed pricing packages, quotes, bids, and customer proposals
Coordinate project timelines and cross-functional communication to support successful execution
Support client accounts throughout all phases of project coordination and service delivery
Monitor account activity, project milestones, service levels, and customer satisfaction metrics
Collaborate internally with leadership, operations, sales, and support teams to improve processes and overall client experience
Maintain detailed account documentation, pricing records, forecasting updates, and pipeline activity
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, project coordination, construction services, building products, or related industries
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and proposal/pricing documentation
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, Hybrid work schedule
Location: Orlando, Florida
Salary Range: $85,000-$90,000 base + bonus, car allowance
