Position Summary

The Technical Account Manager, Digital Sales is responsible for the full cycle execution and/or measurement of campaigns.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Ad Operations:  Tagging, Email Execution; Email Execution: Understand how email databases are built and managed; execution of the email campaign

  • Interact with agencies, including data sales, marketing cloud, media sales, ad tech sales

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned Clients

  • Manage and service clients in alignment with account plan prepared by Account Team

  • Network and build relationships with executives, product owners, and sales leaders within assigned accounts

  • Drive awareness of and affinity for Claritas products within account base

  • Upsell and cross-sell Claritas products and services with assigned accounts

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate and close renewal agreements with Account Director assistance as needed

  • Monitor key industry trends impacting clients and Claritas solutions

  • Project manage deliverables for clients

Skills, Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics or related field

  • This role is Ideal for the candidate with 5-8 years of experience with Email Campaigns and Execution, Digital Marketing concepts and firm understanding of digital ecosystem

  • Strong understanding of Marketing, Digital, CRM, Direct Marketing, Agency, Advertising or related field experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent collaborative and influencing skills

  • Desire to work in a team environment

  • Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Highly preferred:

  • List Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools and environments such as Salesforce
