Southern Glazers offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings between $90,000 - $100,000 / year. This salary range is an average range for this position. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.
OverviewManage all aspects of sales activities for a sales force covering a large territory, district or region. Designs and executes long- and short-term sales and marketing strategies.

Primary Responsibilities- Manage a team of area managers or sales reps; defines expectations monitors progress and counsels if expectations are not met
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives
- Direct sales development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
- Conduct sales meetings, product presentations, train, develop, and motivate the team to foster the success of the overall sales team
- Call on key accounts in designated territory/region and work with sales management to develop overall sales strategies
- Collaborate with key accounts in a geographic region to improve the distribution of product within set accounts

Gerer les comptes cles dans le territoire/la region designe(e) et collaborer avec la direction des ventes pour elaborer des strategies commerciales globales
Collaborer avec les comptes cles dune region geographique afin dameliorer la distribution des produits au sein des comptes etablis
- Align with supplier representatives to understand their brands, sales goals/projections, and support in securing additional market share through the team's effective selling approach.
- Meet with key clients, assisting sale consultants with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
- Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Bachelors degree plus five years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of demonstrated management experience
- Knowledge of various types of customers and the ability to analyze customer activities, profiles, and information
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft platforms Word, PPT, Excel, etc.
- Experience using project management skills to plan, organize, manage, and accomplish goals
- Excellent organization. communicational and time management skills to meet goals/objectives
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities on tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality output
- Ability to understand and manage budgets, profitability, and expenses
- Ability to work with all levels of employees throughout the division
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications minimales
Baccalaureat (licence) et cinq annees dexperience, ou une combinaison equivalente de formation et dexperience
Trois annees dexperience demontree en gestion
Connaissance des differents types de clients et capacite a analyser les activites, profils et informations des clients
Connaissance intermediaire a avancee des outils Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

Excellentes competences organisationnelles, en communication et en gestion du temps afin datteindre les objectifs
Capacite a gerer plusieurs projets et priorites dans des delais serres tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualite
Capacite a comprendre et a gerer les budgets, la rentabilite et les depenses
