In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with key national accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients in the Grocery and C- Store Vertical, developing customized solutions that meet their specific needs while maintaining profitability and market competitiveness.Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts to drive revenue growth and market penetrationBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned accountsIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell complementary ducted products and servicesNegotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectivesAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic recommendationsPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clientsCollaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless service deliveryMonitor account performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicators to managementManage customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retentionParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presenceMaintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system for all account activities and communicationsQualifications5+ years of proven experience in national accounts management, strategic sales, or business developmentDemonstrated success managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and decision-makersStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducted cooling technology, or related mechanical systems (preferred)Excellent negotiation and contract management skillsProficiency with CRM software and sales management toolsExceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbalAbility to analyze data, forecast trends, and develop strategic recommendationsStrong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goalsExperience in the commercial or industrial products sector (preferred)Ability to travel as needed to visit key accounts and attend industry eventsSelf-motivated, results-oriented mindset with strong work ethic and professional demeanorAdditional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer, including disability / veterans *Bosch adheres to Federal, State, and Local laws regarding drug-testing.
