Le poste est a temps plein du lundi au vendredi selon des horaires flexibles a St-Hubert et seffectue exclusivement en presentiel.
RESUME DES TACHES:
- Creer et maintenir des solides relations daffaires avec les clients et potentiels pour le territoire geographique (Amerique du Nord);
- Atteindre les quotas de vente etablis, preparer et maintenir des previsions de ventes pour lorganisation;
- Faire des demonstrations sur lutilisation et les caracteristiques des produits incluant tous nos nouveaux services;
- Travailler activement avec le groupe de developpement des affaires, PpH ainsi que le personnel de nos usines;
- Preparer des propositions long terme, soumissions et diverses rapports;
- Resoudre les problemes et les questions des clients de maniere appropriee;
- Communiquer les idees pour le developpement de produits;
- Participer a lelaboration de plans de vente strategique;
- Visiter les clients et les salons commerciaux, au besoin.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :
- Detenir un baccalaureat en Administration ou en Aeronautique avec 8 a 10 ans dexperience
- Professional autonome, enthousiaste du monde des affaires et une facon de pensee evolutive
- Capable detablir des relations daffaires positives dans un environnement de vente a long cycle
- Comprehension de l'entreprise globale et des aspects contractuels de la vente (approbation de credit, ententes de livraison)
- Excellentes competences de negociation, de resolution de probleme et de presentation, tout en ayant une grande capacite danalyse afin de developper des solutions gagnantes pour tous
- Habilete de diriger ses efforts de vente et l'opportunite de fermeture est essentielle
- Habilete de developper le territoire
- Voyagement frequent
- Bonnes connaissances de travail de l'industrie de l'aeronautique est un atout.
Ce poste sinscrit dans un milieu de travail francophone, neanmoins il necessite une tres bonne connaissance de langlais pour lire et comprendre, sur une base quotidienne, de la documentation et des termes techniques qui peuvent emaner dorganisations internationales, ainsi que pour ecrire et communiquer en anglais avec des clients, des fournisseurs ou des collegues internationaux.

This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in St-Hubert , and performed exclusively on-site.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Create and maintain solid business connections with the customers and potential customers for an assigned geographical territory (North America);
- Reach the established sales quotas, prepare and maintain forecasts of sales for the organization;
- Make demonstrations on the use and the characteristics of the products and all of our new PCS services;
- Work closely with business development team, marketing, PpH Group and engine shop managers and sales team with respect to engine services
- Prepare LTAs, tenders and various reports/ratios;
- Solve the problems and the questions of the customers in a suitable way;
- Communicate the ideas for the development of products;
- Take part in the development of plans of strategic sale;
- Visit customers and attend trade shows as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possesses a Bachelors degree in Administration or Aeronautics with 6 to 10 years experience.
- Professional autonomy and business enthusiast and evolving mindset
- Possess self-motivation, team oriented and positive attitude
- Successful relationship building skills in a long sales cycle business
- Understanding of general business/contractual aspects of sales (including general contract clauses, credit approvals, delivery agreements);
- Excellent negotiation/problem solving/presentation skills along with strong strategic thinking and creativity to achieve Win-Win complex solutions
- Ability to lead the sales effort and opportunity closure is essential
- Ability to develop territory, strong computer skills
- Frequent Travel
- Strong working knowledge of aircraft industry is desirable.
- Aircraft airframe and Engine OEM account management and/or sales experience is a plus
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
