What You’ll Do: 

  •  Manage a portfolio of 1,000+ previously established accounts, primarily mid-market businesses recruiting for 50+ openings at any time 
  • Engage with talent acquisition departments and other department leaders as appropriate per account 
  • Contribute to clients’ hiring strategies and help them achieve their recruiting objectives  
  • Use solution selling skills to solve clients’ unique pain points 
  • Collaborate regularly with multiple iHire teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • 3+ years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales 
  • A passion for sales and helping others 
  • Engaging presentation and communication skills (written, verbal, video, and phone) 
  • Curiosity and optimism: you love to learn and focus on solutions, not problems 
  • Ability to adapt, learn, and operate with a growth mindset 
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
