iHire, an award-winning career platform, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our Employer Sales team in Angola, IN. We'd like to hear from you if you're energized by initiating contact with potential customers, identifying needs, cultivating new business opportunities, and building solutions that drive revenue and market penetration.

This is an inside sales job with a flexible schedule, and you'll receive new accounts as they register with us online. Your passion will help great companies find the perfect hire!

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 0–5 years of experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • A passion for sales and helping others
  • Engaging presentation and communication skills (written, verbal, and phone)
  • Coachability - you must love to learn and improve quickly through coaching.
  • Optimism - focus on solutions, not problems
  • Ability to adapt, learn and operate with a growth mindset
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
