This position is responsible for account development and revenue growth for the Indianapolis territory. This is an outside sales opportunity which includes prospecting as well as key account management. Sunrise Energy Systems provides temporary heating and cooling solutions for the commercial construction industry. We work with general contractors, mechanical contractors, construction managers as well as facility and plant managers.
The successful candidate will be willing and able to service the client from initial contact through delivery and installation.
Activities of the role:
Use and develop lead sources to acquire new prospects.
Call and visit existing clients
Contact and qualify prospects
Meet with prospects and clients to discover and discuss opportunities
Create solutions to solve the clients’ pain
Fulfill orders by delivering and installing solutions
Maintain equipment for the territory (cleaning & servicing)
Set and reach specific, measurable goals for development of territory.
Physical demands/working conditions:
Activities require handling and grasping with the hands when performing repairs or maintenance of equipment by utilizing hand tools, power tools, air tools, nuts, bolts electronic controls and other small parts.
Driving for extended periods
Exposure to loud noise, dust, gas or fumes
Work in unprotected weather elements
Ability to wear personal protection apparel such as hard hat, hearing, and eye protection as required
Ability to bend and kneel for prolonged periods of time
Ability to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces for at least four hours per day
1. Minimum 18 years old
2. Valid state operator’s driver’s license. Must pass DOT physical
