Position: Sales Territory Manager Location: Hybrid in Naples to Tampa, FL (Onsite Interview) Locals Only Employment Type: Fulltime Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Territory Manager to maximize sales growth, expand market penetration, and develop new business opportunities throughout the Naples-to-Tampa territory.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow existing customer accounts Develop new business opportunities across healthcare, education, hospitality, and commercial markets Build relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility managers Deliver product presentations and become a trusted industry resource Attend trade shows and industry conferences
Requirements: 5+ years of outside sales experience Business Development expertise Public Speaking and Presentation Skills Commercial Building Specifications experience Bachelor's Degree Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Preferred: Experience selling construction or building products Experience calling on architects and designers Bilingual (English/Spanish)
