The Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting sales growth by identifying new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and assisting with day-to-day sales operations. This individual will work closely with the CEO and sales leadership team to expand Beemax USA's customer base across retail, wholesale, grocery, specialty food, convenience, and distribution channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, proactive, and eager to grow within the food and snack industry.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Research and identify prospective customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail accounts.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities.

  • Schedule meetings and product presentations for the CEO and sales team.

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and customer quotations.

  • Support customer onboarding and account setup processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Account Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders.

  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

  • Assist customers with product information, samples, promotional programs, and merchandising opportunities.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

Sales Support
  • Prepare sales reports, customer analyses, and pipeline updates.

  • Track sales leads and follow-up activities.

  • Assist with trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.

  • Support new product launches and promotional initiatives.

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales materials and customer communications.

Administrative Duties
  • Maintain organized customer files and documentation.

  • Process customer orders and coordinate internal communication regarding order status.

  • Assist the CEO with special projects, strategic sales initiatives, and daily tasks.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support company growth objectives.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent sales experience.

  • 35 years of sales, customer service, business development, or account management experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Besides AI based programs to increase the efficiency.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Customer visits and sales trips

Preferred
  • Experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), confectionery, or snack industries.

  • Experience working with retailers, distributors, or wholesale customers.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.

  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
