Wholesale Sales Assistant

Splits59 is looking for a motivated, organized and energetic wholesale sales assistant to support our growing women's activewear brand based in the NY showroom. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is enthusiastic about fashion, wellness, and customer service. Responsibilities Support the wholesale sales team with daily operations and account management Communicate with global retail buyers regarding orders, inventory and product information Process sales orders, track shipments and assist with follow-up communication Assist with trade shows, market appointments and product-knowledge presentations Maintain accurate customer records, line sheets and sales reports Coordinate samples, merchandising materials and marketing assets Provide professional customer service and engagement to grow existing accounts and add new potential revenue channels Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Must have 1-2 years experience in wholesale sales Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize Positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office, WIN ERP system and JOOR preferred Opportunities Hands-on-role within a small company to be entrepreneurial and exposed to many aspects of the business Ability to learn, grown and take on increasing responsibility Collaborate and support in a close-team environment Competitive compensation based on experience
