Compensation: Commission-Based Pay Plus Bonuses

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing quality used vehicles.
• Understand each customers needs, budget, and vehicle preferences.
• Provide clear product knowledge on vehicle features, performance, pricing, and availability.
• Conduct professional test drives and highlight key selling points.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory, new arrivals, and special promotions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with the finance team to assist customers with loan approvals and financing options.
• Follow up with prospective and past customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership success.

• Previous automotive sales experience is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Basic knowledge of used car financing, trade-ins, and automotive sales practices.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Must be dependable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
