Sales Representative – Trailer Sales

This role is responsible for trailer sales, lead management, customer service, and business development while delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through final delivery.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through the trailer buying process from initial inquiry to delivery.
• Build relationships with retail and commercial customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Manage leads, quotes, financing paperwork, and sales documentation.
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Promote products, inventory, and special offers through social media and customer outreach.
• Stay knowledgeable about trailer products, industry trends, and financing options.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales and customer service experience with a track record of building customer relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and business software systems.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Trailer, automotive, RV, equipment, or related industry experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
