Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join our clients Technology & Operations team in San Antonio. In this role, you will function as a primary point of contact in a high-energy inbound environment, providing essential support to shareholders and financial advisors regarding mutual fund accounts. This is a 3–4 month contract to hire role working a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite and one day off. If you are available and ready to start working immediately, apply today!

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from shareholders, investment professionals, and internal departments while processing various account transactions and updates.
  
  
• Conduct detailed account research and manage the production of professional shareholder correspondence.
  
  
• Leverage a foundational understanding of the financial industry or mutual fund operations to multi-task efficiently while maintaining accuracy across all aspects of the role.
  
  
• Manage daily operational tasks with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills while utilizing Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel to maintain organized workflows.
  
  
• Work a hybrid schedule with an in-office presence four days per week within a standard five-day work schedule.
