As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting revenue generation efforts by providing administrative, operational, and client-facing assistance to the Sales team. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and stay highly organized will directly impact the success of group and corporate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations within hotel systems
- Maintain and update client accounts and sales activity in CRM systems (Delphi, Opera, etc.)
- Assist with client site tours, events, and on-property visits
- Monitor group room pick-up and assist with reporting and forecasting
- Respond to inbound inquiries and support lead conversion efforts
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all sales documentation and communication
- Support all hotel and brand led marketing initiatives
- Create collateral for hotel as needed
- Previous hotel experience (sales, front office, or events) strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
