  • 3+ years of sales experience in third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Existing Full Truckload (FTL) book of business required
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience closing contracts
  • Skilled at identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Comfortable conducting market research and understanding customer needs
  • Collaborative mindset to work closely with operations teams and ensure service delivery
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
