- 3+ years of sales experience in third-party logistics (3PL)
- Existing Full Truckload (FTL) book of business required
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with experience closing contracts
- Skilled at identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
- Comfortable conducting market research and understanding customer needs
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with operations teams and ensure service delivery
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
