Sales Support Specialist
Location: Hudson, NH (100% On-Site)
Position Type: Contract / Temporary (12-Month Assignment)
Hours: Standard 40 hours per week
Compensation: $19.00 – $25.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing post-order transactional activities that ensure accurate billing, timely resolution of credits and returns, and strict compliance with internal pricing and invoicing policies.
This position serves as a critical liaison between Sales, Finance, Credit, Tax, Planning, and Customer Service. You will be the go-to person for resolving invoicing discrepancies, processing approved credits/debits, managing customer portal billing, and supporting price adjustments (such as COOPs, rebates, and price protection).

Responsibilities
- Credits & Returns: Manage and process approved credit and debit requests, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.
- Portal Invoicing: Oversee and manage customer portal billing to ensure seamless, accurate transaction processing.
- Price Adjustments: Support and track complex pricing structures, including COOPs, rebates, and price protection adjustments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Credit, Tax, Planning, and Customer Service teams to clear up invoicing discrepancies.
- Compliance & Auditing: Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready documentation in alignment with internal Sales Operations processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of SAP and CRM tools is highly preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Analytical and organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial tracking.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across multiple internal corporate departments.
- Adaptability: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
