Were hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support our Account Managers in running and growing an existing book of business. This is a non-prospecting role focused on sales operations, customer support, and execution within a fast-paced technology environment.
What youll do:
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day account management
- Build and deliver accurate quotes for technology products/solutions
- Manage customer requests, order flow, and follow-ups
- Research product specs and part numbers across a technical catalog
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth order execution
- Maintain CRM data and track opportunities
What were looking for:
- 35 years in inside sales, sales ops, or account support (tech preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with quoting, CRM/ERP systems, and customer coordination
- Comfortable working with technical products or learning quickly
