Job Description

Fairway Ignite is looking for a Business Development and Sales Specialist to expand awareness and accelerate engagement for our internal coaching and development platform.

In this role, you will act as a premier brand ambassador, representing our unique culture at live events while leveraging your social media instincts to elevate our visibility. If you are a self-driven professional who excels at turning cold interest into warm appointments, coordinating engaging events, and fostering lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!

Sales & Business Development:

Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound leads to convert interest into scheduled appointments.

Conduct consultative sales conversations to introduce the value of Ignite coaching and specialized workshops.

Support overall company growth initiatives and consistently drive toward defined monthly sales goals.

Nurture ongoing client relationships to strengthen engagement and long-term retention.

Brand Awareness & Marketing:

Increase internal and external visibility, building excitement around the Fairway Ignite brand.

Drive social media engagement by capturing creative, real-time content (photos, videos, testimonials) at live events.

Attend industry events to passionately represent the Ignite brand, mission, and culture.

Event Coordination & Attendance:

Drive high-volume attendance to online workshops, sales meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Scout, book, and coordinate elite outside speakers for digital workshops and webinars.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years of related experience in sales development, account management, or event marketing.

Proven track record of handling lead pipelines and successfully converting prospects into appointments.

Demonstrated experience in event coordination, promotion, and driving virtual/in-person attendance.

Strong instincts for social media content capture and community engagement.

High emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a self-driven work ethic tailored for a fast-moving environment.
