This full-time role is ideal for a motivated business professional with a passion for sales, client engagement, and relationship-building. As a key contributor to the company's success, you will focus on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across diverse industries within the Hampton Roads region.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory.
Build, strengthen, and maintain executivelevel relationships across industries, community groups, business organizations, and strategic partners.
Proactively develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
Accurately forecast new business opportunities and manage sales activities to meet targets.
Focus on acquiring new clients and establishing long-term, trusted partnerships.
Engage with new business prospects daily and conduct weekly onsite or virtual meetings.
Research and identify potential clients, understanding their business needs and technology challenges.
Qualify and pursue opportunities specifically related to Managed Services and IT solutions.
Qualifications
Proven ability to build strong relationships through networking, partnerships, and referrals.
Solid understanding of IT challenges and the ability to identify and articulate client pain points.
Skilled at translating client needs into actionable sales opportunities.
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Resultsoriented, accountable, and committed to achieving performance goals.
