Sales Manager - Malayalees Preferred We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is familiar with the Malayalee community. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients - Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets - Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management - Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends - Participate in networking events to increase brand awareness - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the Malayalee community - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience) This position is open to Malayalees who do not require English proficiency or accommodation.
