Lead and proactively plans, organizes, develops and manages a Sales Organization at the District level to ensure the meeting/exceeding of district sales objectives. Create and promote a culture that supports a balanced execution of People, Service,and Profit as well as the execution of Canadian business strategy. Manages all revenue segments and products as assigned . Supports/champions multi-OpCo revenue growth and all associated crosselling/training initiatives.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent, Business related is preferred;
5 years business to business sales experience; knowledge of industry preferred;
Must currently be a member of FedEx Management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed;
Must demonstrate profiency in the Microsoft Suite package, Basic leave in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
In the province of Quebec must be bilingual (French & English).

Doit deja faire partie de la direction de FedEx ou avoir l'agrement LEAP ou Excel ;
Competences de base dans lutilisation des logiciels Microsoft : Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook;
Si le poste est situe au Quebec, le candidat ou la candidate doit etre bilingue (francais et anglais).

Preferred Qualifications: Strongly prefer logistics knowledge and 2+ years of leadership and management experience. This role requires regular travel as part of the job responsibilities.
