Location: US remote Your tasks The Support Account Manager - North America is responsible for managing support and maintenance renewal activities for existing customers across the eastern region of the United States and Canada. The role focuses on protecting recurring revenue by proactively creating, managing, and submitting renewal quotations for products and services currently under support agreements. The Support Account Manager works closely with customers, sales leadership, finance, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely renewals, accurate forecasting, and high customer retention. The role utilizes Salesforce CRM for pipeline management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and quote management. Duties and Responsabilities: 1. Manage support and maintenance contract renewals for existing customers across the eastern United States and Canada 2. Create, manage, and submit renewal quotations for products and services currently under support agreements 3. Maintain accurate renewal opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline data within Salesforce CRM 4. Proactively engage customers regarding upcoming renewal deadlines and support contract status 5. Partner with regional sales teams, finance, and customer-facing personnel to maximize renewal retention 6. Support achievement of annual renewal retention and revenue objectives 7. Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly renewal activity and reporting 8. Ensure accurate quote configuration and renewal documentation within Salesforce and related systems 9. Escalate at-risk renewals and customer issues appropriately 10. Maintain professional and ethical conduct in all customer and internal interactions Your profile Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in inside sales, renewals, customer support, customer success, or sales operations preferred Experience using Salesforce CRM strongly preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Experience working in cybersecurity, enterprise software, SaaS, or infrastructure technology environments preferred College degree not required Ability to work independently in a remote environment Other Requirements: Full remote role within the United States Supports eastern United States and Canada territory Occasional travel required for Utimaco sales meetings and company events (typically twice annually) Position is eligible for variable compensation (commissions).
