I. Job Summary

Sales Coordinator Team is a specialized department that provides support to our Account Executives, whose customer needs are mostly for permanent waste and recycle services in the PNW (Washington, Oregon, BC, Idaho). Very similar to a customer service center, but for a specific audience only, and a premier service of WM. Sales Coordinators are a customer focused team that work closely with each other to complete all requests. Sales Coordinators serve as a point of contact for our Account Executives by handling emails while also working closely with our internal partners in operations, dispatch, billing, and leadership to complete all tasks with a large focus on billing.

This is a predominately work from home role in the greater Portland, OR area but will periodically be required to report to the area office based on business need

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
  • Completes weekly and monthly reporting, which includes auditing commission and account reporting.
  • Works closely with their assigned sales representative to provide consistent, accurate support and completion of tasks.
  • Proactively communicates with peers and sales representatives.
  • Actively engages in relationship building with immediate peers, sales representatives and leadership in a predominately remote environment
  • Open to giving and receiving suggestions, ideas, feedback.
  • Diligent about time management and multi-tasking of requests
  • Complete billing reconciliations and credit reporting for customer presentation.
  • Works in Excel to complete billing needs
  • Will report to local office once per week to complete tasks such as sending and receiving mailings and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned.

III. Qualifications (Must live and work in the U.S.)

A. Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • Four (4) years of previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).

B. Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with excel reporting and AI preferred.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this hybrid position is $23.79/hour - $29.72/hour. This range represents

a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced

by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications,

qualifications, and work location.
