Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their wireless, internet, entertainment, and technology needs, and recommend personalized solutions.

- Demonstrate and explain mobile devices, accessories, streaming services, home internet, and cable/TV plans to customers in a clear and professional manner.

- Drive sales by upselling premium smartphones, tablets, smart home devices, protection plans, and accessories to maximize customer value and store performance.

- Educate customers on wireless plans, device features, data services, trade-in programs, and account management options to ensure a positive customer experience.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up on leads, assisting with account updates, and resolving service-related concerns.

- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling, financing options, activations, upgrades, and bill payments.

- Assist with merchandising, inventory organization, stock replenishment, and maintaining visually appealing product displays throughout the store.

- Support promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches through effective communication and teamwork.

- Stay up to date on Verizon products, wireless technology trends, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales, wireless sales, customer service, or telecommunications environments preferred.

- Strong understanding of smartphones, mobile accessories, streaming platforms, home internet services, and TV/cable packages.

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with the ability to confidently recommend and upsell premium products and services.

- Multilingual communication skills are a plus to better serve a diverse customer base.

- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, account management, and customer service best practices.

- Basic math and organizational skills for inventory tracking, sales processing, and daily store operations.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

- Reliable Transport and Open Schedule for a Retail Location including the weekends and Opening/Closing Shifts
