This role is ideal for candidates with 13 years of sales experience , but we also welcome experienced closers looking for stronger support, better products, and higher earning potential. With uncapped commission, paid training, and multiple revenue streams , first-year reps average $130,000$150,000 OTE , with top performers earning more.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to warm inbound and field-generated leads
    Conduct consultative discovery conversations to identify homeowner needs and opportunities
    Present customized solar and roofing solutions tailored to the customer
    Overcome objections and confidently close deals
    Consistently meet or exceed sales goals
    Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle
    Prospect within your assigned territory to build a strong pipeline
    Deliver effective in-home or virtual presentations
  • Ability to access attics and roof areas to check for solar panel compatibility
    Address customer questions before and after the sale to drive confidence and close

Required Qualifications

  • Inside or outside sales experience preferred
    (Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired)
    Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline
    Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals
    Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability
    Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools
    Excellent communication and time management skills
    Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
    Cell phone with data plan
