International Export Sales Coordinator
Location: Racine, WI (Onsite)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $19-$23/hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented International Export Sales Coordinator to support customer service and export operations. This individual will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating shipments, preparing export documentation, and providing excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for someone with stronganizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, process, and manage customer sales orders
Prepare and review export documentation inpliance with applicable regulations
Coordinate shipments andmunicate with freight forwarders
Negotiate domestic and international shipping rates
Process sample requests
Set up new customer accounts, including collecting and verifying required documentation
Respond to customer and broker inquiries regarding orders, pricing, andmissions
Assist with accounts receivable research and collections follow-up
Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects (trade shows, visits, etc.)
Investigate shipping issues, including damaged freight, and assist with claims processing
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
Strong written and verbalmunication skills
Excellent problem-solving andanizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bilingual skills are a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Mostly seated work with frequentputer use
Occasional standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs)
