American Asphalt LLC is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to help drive growth in the residential and commercial asphalt construction industry. This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who knows how to find opportunities, build relationships, close deals, and help a growing company expand its market presence. We are looking for a motivated professional who can generate leads, follow up with customers, prepare estimates, coordinate with operations, and help turn potential jobs into completed projects. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, energetic, and comfortable speaking with property owners, contractors, business owners, property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients. What You'll Do You will lead sales efforts for asphalt paving, sealcoating, patching, repairs, parking lots, driveways, and related construction services. This includes prospecting new customers, managing incoming leads, scheduling site visits, preparing proposals, following up consistently, and helping the company build long-term customer relationships. You will also work closely with ownership and field crews to make sure jobs are properly estimated, scheduled, and communicated. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and the construction industry. Responsibilities Generate new residential and commercial asphalt leads Contact property managers, contractors, businesses, homeowners, and commercial accounts Schedule and attend customer meetings and job-site visits Prepare estimates, proposals, and follow-up communications Track leads, sales activity, and closed jobs Help develop sales strategies for growth Build strong customer relationships and repeat business Coordinate with office and field staff to support smooth project completion Represent the company professionally at all times Ideal Candidate Strong sales background, preferably in construction, asphalt, paving, roofing, concrete, landscaping, or related trades Excellent communication and follow-up skills Comfortable making calls, meeting customers, and closing deals Self-motivated and results-driven Organized and able to manage multiple leads and projects Professional appearance and attitude Basic computer skills for estimates, emails, and customer tracking Ability to understand construction services and explain them clearly to customers Why This Opportunity Is Different This is not just another sales job.
