Electrical Manager Job Description This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, estimating, system commissioning, and training for electrical services and construction. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical troubleshooting and repairs, along with a strong ability to manage relationships with General Contractors and Sub-contractors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams are essential. Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with General Contractors and Sub-contractors. Provide electrical solutions for service or new construction needs. Coordinate manpower, materials, and schedules for assigned projects. Ensure project completion with adherence to safety and quality standards. Offer end-user training and system commissioning. Engage in troubleshooting and repairs for commercial and industrial electrical systems. Essential Skills 10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical troubleshooting and repairs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. General knowledge of low-voltage systems, security/IT systems, and power supply. Additional Skills & Qualifications Journeyman or Master License is a strong asset. Strong computer skills for email communication, data entry, and CMS navigation. Experience in management, account management, and customer service. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
