Job Description

Lead and execute sales strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Partner with Regional VPs to set goals, track performance, and ensure accountability.

Foster a performance-driven, collaborative culture.

Develop deep insights into clients, risks, and market dynamics.

Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Analytics, Product) to drive growth initiatives.

Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand key accounts.

Lead complex deal cycles: proposals, negotiations, and closing strategic business.

Represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.

Work closely with analytics teams to enhance sales tracking and performance tools.

Qualifications:

10+ years in sales leadership roles.

10+ years of people management experience.

Strong background in logistics, customs broker, or related industries.

Proven success in driving revenue and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

Strong negotiation and strategic thinking abilities.

Experience working cross-functionally across large organizations.

Ability to drive process improvements and new initiatives.

Valid insurance producer license (state-specific).

Willingness to travel up to 50%.
