Nous sommes actuellement a la recherche dun(e) representant(e) des ventes residentielles pour joindre notre equipe de professionnels qualifies dans la region de louest du Quebec et lest de lOntario .

Le titulaire de ce poste devra planifier et gerer les activites du territoire afin dassurer la croissance des ventes et des parts de marche a laide de strategies de vente et de marketing et outils approuvees tout en offrant un excellent service a lensemble des clients du territoire. Le representant des ventes releve du directeur des ventes ainsi et du superviseur des ventes et il est responsable des ventes et de ladministration de son territoire.

Responsabilites :

  • Accroitre les parts de marche et renforcer les relations daffaire avec les clients existants.
  • Deceler de nouvelles opportunites et strategies fondees sur les besoins de la clientele afin daugmenter la croissance de lentreprise.
  • Identifie des pistes de ventes, gerer les clients potentiels et conclure de nouvelles affaires.
  • Determiner les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions appropriees qui contribueront a rencontrer ou exceder les objectifs de ventes.
  • Preparer et livrer des propositions/presentations de ventes et faire des suivis aupres des principaux decideurs.
  • Developper et maintenir une connaissance du comportement du marche ainsi que les tendances concurrentielles.

Responsabilites cle :

  • Developper des relations daffaires et augmenter les ventes avec les clients distributeurs assigne au territoire.
  • Contacter sur une base frequente les couvreurs, entrepreneurs et architectes afin de stimuler la demande a legard des produits IKO.
  • Presenter les produits et programmes aux distributeurs et entrepreneurs qualifies sur une base hebdomadaire.
  • Offrir des presentations de formation sur les produits IKO a la clientele.
  • Assurer le suivi rapide des demandes de renseignements des clients ou de ladministration de IKO.
  • Soumettre sur une base hebdomadaire un rapport dactivites du territoire.
  • Assister aux reunions, aux fonctions et a aux formations requises par lentreprise.
  • Etudier et traiter les plaintes sur la qualite du produit dans le territoire.
  • Adherer a toutes les politiques et procedures de IKO incluant les mesures de Sante et Securite ainsi quaux politiques du vehicule.
  • Toutes autres responsabilites assignees.

Competences requises :

  • Excellente aptitude pour les relations interpersonnelles, les presentations et les communications.
  • Capacite manifeste de travailler efficacement de facon autonome et en equipe.
  • Capacite manifeste de solliciter principalement lutilisateur final et de mettre en uvre des techniques de vente par attraction
  • Antecedents attestes demontrant latteinte et le depassement des objectifs de vente
  • Experience de vente prealable dans le secteur des materiaux de construction est un atout
  • Experience dans le domaine de la toiture est un atout
  • Une formation professionnelle en vente est un atout.
  • Excellent dossier de conduite avec permis de conduire valide.
  • Forte aptitude en informatique incluant les produits Microsoft Office et Salesforce

We are currently looking for a Residential Sales Representative to join our team of qualified professionals in the Western Quebec region and Eastern Ontario .

This position requires that you plan and manage territory activities to achieve sales and market share growth utilizing approved sales and marketing strategy and tools while providing excellent customer service to all customers in territory. The Territory Sales Representative reports to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for sales and administration of their territory.

Accountabilities:

  • Increase market share and strengthen relationships with existing accounts
  • Recognize new business opportunities and strategies based on customer needs to enhance company growth
  • Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
  • Determine customer needs and propose appropriate solutions that contribute to meeting or exceeding business sales goals
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and following up with key decision makers
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in order to respond accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and grow sales with assigned distribution customers in territory
  • Frequently contact roofing contractors, remodelers, builders, and architects to drive demand for IKO products
  • Present products and programs to qualified distributors and end users on a weekly basis
  • Perform Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions with customers
  • Follow up on inquiries from customers or IKO administration in a timely fashion
  • Submittal of weekly Intelligence Reports in a timely fashion
  • Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
  • Investigation and processing of product quality complaints in territory
  • Adhere to all IKO policies and procedures, including Health and Safety and Vehicle policies
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proven ability of calling primarily on the end user and performing pull through sales techniques
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Prior sales experience in building products industry is preferred
  • Prior sales experience contacting roofing contractors, builders and/or architects is preferred
  • Prior professional sales training is preferred
  • 2 or 4 year college degree in a Sales or Marketing related field is preferred
  • Good driving record with valid drivers license
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
