Must-Have Skills:

• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders
• Broad knowledge across Accounting, Finance, and IT, with the ability to assess needs and lead end-to-end delivery
• Proven ability to diagnose business problems through stakeholder discussions and translate them into actionable solutions

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in cross-functional consulting environments with SME collaboration
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
