INTERNAL DESCRIPTION:
Finlays Solutions is seeking an accomplished Sales Executive with sales experience and contacts in the B2B beverage manufacturing industry. Contacts within the ready-to-drink beverage space, private label brand owners, and Consumer Packaged Goods beverage brands, and B2B manufacturers is sought after. Responsible for all sales activities from generating leads to closing sales in assigned channels with primary focus on creating sales opportunities in the ready-to-drink beverage markets. Manage all business relationships for assigned and potential customers. Work closely with Sales Management, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Customer Service to create and present solutions that address a market or customer need or opportunity. Assure all activities are handled in accordance with Finlays mission, values, ethics and goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Represent Finlays Solutionspositively in the industry, at trade events, and in front of customers
Deliver sales strategies in line with the company s annual revenue & margin plans
Utilize your network and selling skills to build a sales pipeline that delivers growthobjectivesin both the short and long term
Manage and develop customer relationships to achieveaccount-basedsales goals
Use andmaintainCRM tools daily to prospect strategically, manage prospects, communicate, and deliver against the sales pipeline
Build business partnerships with key decision makers at existing andprospectivecustomers
Contact prospective customers to learn their business and understand their needs
Continuous commitment to self-learning through internal tools and resources to upskill. Complete training to be knowledgeable on Finlays product portfolio, beverage industry trends, coffee market, and competition.
Using technical, organizational and industry knowledge, offer thebest solution to drive growth and increase profitability
Create and use a yearly sales account plan with formalobjectivesassigned to customer base. Present plan and updates atsales meetings.
Understand pricing and cost models. Negotiate pricing and contracts.
Work cross-functionally to bring the best of R&D, quality, operations, supply chain, and marketing to our customers.
Provide guidance on customer forecast into monthlydemandplanning (S&IOP process)
Develop &maintaincommunications with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
Updatejobknowledgebyreadingindustrypublications,maintainingprofessionalnetworkandparticipatingin educational opportunities.
Engageinpersonaldevelopmentbyrecordinggoalsandtimelinesestablishedbyyou and your manager.
Representthecompanyattradeshows,associationmeetingsandbusinessfunctions.
ActiveparticipationintheS&IOP processmeasuredbydefinedaccuracytarget.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor sdegree in business or food science and 2 to 4 years professional selling experience in the food & beverage industry OR 4 to 6 years of R&D/technical experience supporting outside sales.
Strong presentation,listening,verbal& writtencommunicationskills
Effectiveorganization and time management skills
Proventrack recordof exceedingsales objectivesand quotas
Strong analytical skills and the capability to track and objectively evaluate effectiveness
Outstanding, confident written and verbal communication skills
