ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Strategy and Leadership Develop and execute enterprise-wide sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals across all service lines.Lead and manage sales professionals responsible for housing, health center, hospice, pace, and other programs.Establish performance targets, sales metrics, and accountability systems to drive results.Ensure effective use of CRM tools and pipeline management practices to track leads, conversions, and move-ins.Continuously refine sales processes to enhance responsiveness and improve conversion rates. Admissions and Lead Conversion Oversee processes that move prospective residents and families efficiently from inquiry to admission or enrollment.Partner with marketing to ensure alignment between lead generation campaigns and sales follow-up.Develop structured lead nurturing and follow-up protocols to maximize conversion opportunities.Ensure a high-quality, compassionate sales experience for prospective residents and their families. Business Development and Partnerships Identify and cultivate relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, home health agencies, senior living communities, and community organizations.Build strategic partnerships that expand access to MorseLife services.Identify opportunities for program expansion or new services based on market demand and community needs.Represent MorseLife in external business development and networking activities. Market Growth and Strategic Initiatives Collaborate with executive leadership on growth initiatives and new program launches.Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive positioning.Support development of strategic initiatives that increase market share and community awareness. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Planning to align demand generation with sales goals.Partner with operations leadership to ensure the resident experience aligns with expectations set during the sales process.Collaborate with clinical and program leadership to support service line growth. Leadership and Team Development Recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing sales professionals.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development for sales team members. Budget and Performance Management Manage sales-related budgets and resources.Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to executive leadership.Adjust strategies based on data and market conditions to meet organizational growth goals. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position provides direct supervision of the Director of Business Development Hospice, the Director of Business Development Pace, the Manager of Market Development, the Clinical Liaison for Home Care, and the Director of Housing Sales.
