Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise assigned staff to include: Interview, Recruiting, hire, train, coach, counsel, transfer, promote and when necessary discipline and terminate
- Drive regional talent development and succession planning through strategic coaching and performance reviews
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Communicate all company and department-related issues as required
- Champion cultural and operational change across the sales organization, positioning the company for future growth and innovation
- Lead sales strategy meetings and monthly business performance reviews to drive accountability and progress on objectives
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's Degree
