Responsibilities:Our Construction Equipment Group is looking for a full-time Sales Coordinator to work with our sales team in our Concord, NH branch. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organized and has great follow-up skills! We are an energetic sales team who sells JCB, Avant, Toro and Vibroscreen. The sky is the limit and we want to add great people to our team!

The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

Coordinate the invoicing process of Construction Equipment in New EnglandCreate PO's and process manufacturer creditsPurchase extended warranties for new and used sales transactionsCoordinate freight needs for new sales deliveries with the transportation teamCoordinate service preparations for sales of new equipment and ensure readinessWork with finance vendors to process loan paperworkAssist our Accounts Receivable Manager with past due sales invoicesParticipate in weekly sales calls and update the status of all sales transactionsAnswer incoming branch phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departmentsIncorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activitiesPerform other duties as assignedConsistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time

Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Mathematical Skills - Intermediate: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning Ability - High: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time
