Role: Business Development Representative

Location: Remote

Duration: Permanent

Compensation: upto $80k (Based on experience) + 10% uncapped on gross profit of deal

 

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) with our Client, you will be the driving force behind acquiring new clients and expanding the footprint in the market. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to prospects, presenting tailored solutions that align with their goals while building lasting relationships.

This is a role for passionate, ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

 

10% uncapped on gross profit of deal. Annual sales quota is 2 Million. Candidate should expect an additional 80k if sales goal is met, this is uncapped so they have ability to make more.

 

Required

  • Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years in business development, preferably in IT services, professional services, or software solutions.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for storytelling and persuasion.
  • Relationship-Driven: Ability to establish trust and build meaningful relationships with clients and team members alike.
  • Hunter Mentality: Driven to seek out and close new business opportunities.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with IT services, software development, or cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

 

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and engage prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across industries.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for penetrating key markets.
  • Solution Selling: Present a full suite of professional services and demonstrate the value of our custom solutions to prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to execution.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth.
