Sales Manager (Hybrid)

A well-established organization specializing in safety education and training is seeking a Head of Sales to join their team. The role will primarily focus on driving revenue, while developing relationships with new and returning customers. Experience in B2B software sales is strongly preferred.

Term: Full Time

Compensation: Up to $100k base, total compensation up to $140k

Location: Tallahassee, Florida (Remote-leaning, but will need to travel to Tallahassee on occasion)

Desired Qualifications:

• 6+ years of sales leadership experience - B2B sales is preferred
• Strong track record of managing customer relationships
• Experience driving sales growth and expanding markets
• Hands-on experience with CRM and similar sales technologies
• Ability to travel to clients - preferably local to a regional airport
