Were seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with multi-family and multi-tenant property owners, securing access and marketing agreements that enable deeper service penetration and top-line revenue growth.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities
Secure Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements to expand wired and wireless service availability.
Develop strong relationships with owners, developers, and builders of multi-dwelling and master-planned communities.
Coordinate with Account Management and Network teams to evaluate, design, and install telecom equipment on targeted properties.
Conduct prospecting activities through email, phone, and in-person meetings to generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate long-term exclusive or bulk marketing agreements that drive new revenue streams.
Analyze sales pipeline, manage CRM data, and prepare performance reports to ensure target achievement.
Leverage competitive intelligence and technical knowledge to position Telecommunications offerings effectively.
Business Development Manager Qualifications
Bachelors degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.
Knowledge of fiber and wireless technologies.
Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools.
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 75% locally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a sales funnel in a target-driven environment.
Understanding of the multi-family housing and MDU/MTU markets.
Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
