Telecommunication is a leader in delivering innovative wired and wireless solutions. Were seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with multi-family and multi-tenant property owners, securing access and marketing agreements that enable deeper service penetration and top-line revenue growth.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

  • Secure Premise Access Licenses and Marketing Agreements to expand wired and wireless service availability.

  • Develop strong relationships with owners, developers, and builders of multi-dwelling and master-planned communities.

  • Coordinate with Account Management and Network teams to evaluate, design, and install telecom equipment on targeted properties.

  • Conduct prospecting activities through email, phone, and in-person meetings to generate new business opportunities.

  • Negotiate long-term exclusive or bulk marketing agreements that drive new revenue streams.

  • Analyze sales pipeline, manage CRM data, and prepare performance reports to ensure target achievement.

  • Leverage competitive intelligence and technical knowledge to position Telecommunications offerings effectively.

Business Development Manager Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications.

  • Knowledge of fiber and wireless technologies.

  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools.

  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation; willing to travel up to 75% locally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a sales funnel in a target-driven environment.

  • Understanding of the multi-family housing and MDU/MTU markets.

  • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
