Salesperson/Estimator Wanted: Metal and Glass Windows, ACM Panels, Facade Panels

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesperson/Estimator to join our team and help drive new business while accurately quoting jobs for success.

Responsibilities:
Meet with potential clients to understand the scope and vision of the project.

Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on on-site visits and client needs.

Generate and close sales leads for windows, facade panels, or glass.

Create and maintain project proposals, scopes of work, and price sheets.

Collaborate with project managers and the design team.

Follow up on sales leads, provide exceptional customer service, and manage client expectations.

Keep up with renovation trends, materials, and pricing.

Requirements:
Experience in residential remodeling, glass, and metal sales/estimating.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and labor costs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly organized and attentive to detail.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Requirements: Two years of experience working with glass and metal is a plus. You must speak Spanish and English.
