Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned territory
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support product recommendations
- Handle objections and provide solutions to client concerns
- Manage a defined geographic territory, ensuring consistent coverage and relationship-building
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Track sales performance and report on territory metrics
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies

Qualifications:
- BS degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven track record in sales in pharmaceuticals
- Experience working with retail pharmacies, drugstore chains, or healthcare providers
- Familiarity with territory management and account development
- Retail sales experience (CVS, Walmart, Costco or Walgreens)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
