United Talent Staffing is currently hiring a Business Development Manager (Remote - Georgia-based)!
Job Duties:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in Georgia
Build partnerships with construction firms, DOT contractors, and trade organizations
Travel up to 25% to Florida (all travel expenses covered)
Use GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM for pipeline and automation
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, sales, and strategy
Develop and deliver a clear business development growth plan
Essential Functions:
Establish and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Attend virtual and in-person client meetings, trade shows, or association events
Build strategic alliances with associations and channel partners
Track progress and opportunities using CRM tools
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions
Pay and Schedule:
Full-Time | Remote - Must reside in Georgia
Pay: $60,000 base + 10% commission + $2K-$5K quarterly bonuses
Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Requirements:
$1M+ B2B sales closed in past 12 months
Strong construction industry network in Georgia
Proficient in GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Preferred: Experience in construction tech, SaaS, visual media, or government contracting
