Mount Pleasant Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is seeking a driven, competitive, and customer-focused Sales Professional to join our rapidly growing team. As one of the newest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships in the Charleston area, we’re building a high-performing sales culture defined by integrity, excellence, and results.

We’re looking for sales professionals who take ownership of their success—those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping customers find the right vehicle, and are motivated by clear goals and uncapped earning potential.

If you have CDJR experience, that’s a bonus. More importantly, we’re looking for confident communicators with a passion for delivering great service and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the full vehicle purchase process—from initial greeting to final delivery

• Consistently follow up with leads and past customers using our CRM (Drivecentric) and digital tools

• Maintain strong product knowledge across the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup

• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for every customer

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets in a competitive, performance-driven environment

• Deliver a professional and positive experience that builds lasting customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (CDJR experience strongly valued)

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a customer-facing role

• High level of energy, professionalism, and personal accountability

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, digital retail platforms, and inventory tools

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
