Are you a strategic and relationship-driven leader with a passion for managing high-profile global accounts? We are seeking a Global Account Director to specialize in managing one of our most exciting and dynamic clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact, driving account growth, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and developing long-term strategic partnerships.

**What You Will Do**

Account Leadership & Strategy:

+ Serve as the senior point of contact for a key global client, developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and long-term success.

+ Gain a deep understanding of the clients business objectives, competitive landscape, and industry trends to position Lionbridge as a trusted partner.

+ Lead high-level account strategy discussions and deliver innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Relationship Management & Client Engagement:

+ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.

+ Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive insights and recommendations that add value to the clients operations.

+ Conduct regular business reviews and executive briefings to showcase account performance and new opportunities.

Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion:

+ Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand service offerings within the account.

+ Drive revenue growth by aligning client needs with Lionbridges capabilities, ensuring solutions that deliver business impact.

+ Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and product specialists, to develop and implement customized solutions.

Service Delivery & Performance Management:

+ Ensure seamless execution of projects, working closely with operations and delivery teams to meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

+ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional service and continuous improvement.

+ Address and resolve client challenges swiftly, ensuring satisfaction and strengthening long-term engagement.

Market & Industry Expertise:

+ Stay ahead of industry trends, client market shifts, and competitive dynamics to proactively address challenges and opportunities.

+ Position Lionbridge as a leader in global solutions through thought leadership and industry expertise.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**

+ Experience: 5+ years of experience in global account management, enterprise sales, or client leadership, with a proven track record of managing high-profile accounts.

+ Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies that drive client success and revenue growth.

+ Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships at all levels, including executive leadership.

+ Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to drive revenue expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic solution development.

+ Industry Knowledge: Experience in localization, content solutions, or technology-driven services is a plus.

+ Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive client success.

+ Results-Driven Approach: Ability to meet and exceed revenue, growth, and client satisfaction targets in a fast-paced global environment.
