Regional Business Development Manager - Industrial Waste & Water Solutions
Remote (USA-based, near a major airport)

We're partnering with an industry-recognized leader in advanced waste and water treatment to recruit a Regional Business Development Manager. This is a high-impact, growth-focused role ideal for a hunter-minded sales professional with deep experience in industrial water, environmental services, or related sectors.
You'll take ownership of developing and closing new business in your region, introducing industrial clients to breakthrough solutions that address complex waste and wastewater challenges at the source.

Leverage a build-own-operate (BOO) model that delivers measurable customer value and sustainability
Engage with customers in industries such as power, refining, petrochemicals, manufacturing, and more

Your Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and close new industrial accounts across your region
Lead technical, consultative sales processes with credibility across all stakeholder levels
Translate customer needs into tailored, commercially compelling solutions
Execute strategic territory plans aligned to company growth goals
Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and legal to finalize contracts
Maintain pipeline visibility and performance tracking using CRM tools
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of technical sales experience in industrial water, waste treatment, or environmental services
A strong technical foundation-degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field preferred
A proven ability to close complex, consultative deals with large industrial clients
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working remotely with high autonomy and urgency
Willingness to travel regularly (40%+), including overnight site visits and client engagements
