Key Responsibilities of a Livea Leader:

  • Drive Revenue: Use your consultative sales skills to identify client needs, perform consultations with new clients, and achieve center goals.

  • Exceed Expectations: Build and execute strategies to surpass center goals and deliver unparalleled client service.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A natural leader with a proven track record in team leadership.
  • Someone passionate about health and wellness, with a desire to help clients achieve their goals while exceeding center performance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members alike.
  • Results-oriented professionals who thrive on exceeding goals and building relationships.
  • Experience in weight loss, wellness, or a related field is preferred but not required. Consultative sales experience is a strong plus.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
  • Availability for early evenings and some Saturday mornings.
  • 1+ years of experience in weight loss, wellness, or similar industries is preferred.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to lead by example while achieving sales goals.
