KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist to join our KPMG Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day sales operations management in cooperation with the leaders of the Managed Services organization and Market Growth & Client Success team Build, manage, lead a team of sales operations staff in support of the Market Growth objectives

Develop and implement process for Deal Qualification and Business Review governance including Win/Loss analysis Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reporting and participate in strategic initiatives and special projects

Maintain and report on target lists, generating daily activity and follow up reports for internal sales meetings

Participate in the development of proposals, pitches and RFP responses by preparing high quality PowerPoint presentations and ad-hoc sales materials; coordinate with the sales collateral repository team to ensure pursuit teams have access to the latest materials

Qualifications:

Minimum five years of recent related business analysis, internal sales and/or project operations experience; preferably within a professional services environment; managed services and Salesforce experience a plus

Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience

Ability to work independently and provide guidance to executive level management across practice operational areas

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical skills and reliable team member; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; basic knowledge with Microsoft Access and Customer Relationship databases/tools

Ability to travel as necessary
